What to Expect
This is a lovely Bank Holiday stroll through pretty woodlands full of bluebells. We can take our time along Cromford Canal with the cute ducklings. Bring a flask for a mindful coffee break amongst the spring birdsong. We finish up at Cromford Wharfe, stay here for a spot of lunch at the café or head into Cromford for more options.
This is a relatively flat walk, half of which is along a well graveled path next to a canal. There is a little hill into the wood where the ground is uneven with roots and rocks. Be aware that for photos we and the dogs cannot get amongst the bluebells for photos as it is damaging to the plants. There is a little road walking right at the end of the walk to the car park.
